Meet our dedicated directors and office team below, each committed to ensuring that you and your loved ones receive the highest standard of care. Suzanne Pickles (Director, Registered Manager and Nominated Individual)

Suzanne Pickles brings over three decades of invaluable care experience to our team, with a diverse background spanning nursing homes, domiciliary care, mental health, and learning disabilities support. As Director, Registered Manager, and Nominated Individual, she oversees the operations. Suzanne’s qualifications include a level 4 NVQ in leadership and management for care services, level 3 NVQ in Health and social care, level 2 working with individuals with learning disabilities.

Jacqui Stainthorpe (Director)

Jacqui brings a decade of expertise in the health and social care sector, having managed both Children’s Services and Adult Care services. For six years, she served as the HR/Finance manager for a highly successful domiciliary care service before advancing to the role of Registered Manager where Jacqui oversaw the personal care to service users weekly. This included tenants in a local authority Extra Housing Scheme. Her qualifications include an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, a Level 3 Medication Award, NVQ Level 3 in Management, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services.

Joanne Lloyd (Director)

With over a decade of experience in the care sector, Joanne has gained experience in domiciliary care, residential, and nursing homes. Her qualifications include a Level 2 AAT Accountancy, Level 3 in Business Administration, Level 3 Medication Award, NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Young People’s Services. Joanne is our medication manager and working towards her assessor and training award to provide in house medication training to our staff team.

Danai Bligh (Medication Coordinator)

Danai has a wealth of medication knowledge having over 18 years pharmacy experience and works closely alongside Joanne. Danai carries out regular staff medication observations to ensure the team are competent with all aspects of CPCS policies and procedures. Her role includes liaising with clients, families, GP’s, pharmacies and other professionals maintaining a professional working relationship to ensure safe and effective medication practises are adhered to. Danai is currently enrolled onto a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, once complete she will train to become CPCS’s Medication Trainer.

Tilly Johnson (Office Admin/On Call)

Tilly works in the office alongside the directors dealing with all aspects of running our service. Tilly is a friendly and approachable member of the team and has built good relationships with all of the staff team, clients, families and other professionals. Tilly has also carried out some support work gaining valuable experience and skills to enhance her knowledge in this industry. Tilly is working towards her Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and has completed her Care Certificate and Level 3 Medication Administration qualification.

Sophie Nicholl / Samantha Nicholl

Both Sophie and Sammy have worked in  the care sector for over a decade and operate our on call / out of hours service. They both have extensive knowledge of policies and procedures. They both provide support and guidance to our staff team and clients. Sophie and Sammy both attend regular team meetings and training courses to maintain their care knowledge. They are always professional, friendly and ready to support with any daily calls.
